Description
This class is designed to help youth 14 to 16 years of age develop leadership skills, knowledge, and experience to become a future Junior Sailing Instructor for RCS or other work positions in the community. Learn leadership, work and sailing instructor skills by assisting in the implementation of RCS sailing programs. Take direction from the RCS Program Director, Senior and Junior Sailing Instructors. Roc City Sailing provides coaching and guidance for completion of first aid, boating safety, and other certifications.
