ROC City Sailing employs US Sailing Certified instructors and Junior sailing counselors. Instructors are knowledgeable and experienced in how to teach safely, effectively, and creatively.
Instructors utilize classroom and on-the-water teaching techniques. Risk management, safety management, lesson planning, creative activities, ethical concerns and inclusion are employed in our teaching approach.
